It's getting tougher out there from what I'm hearing!

I certainly found this to be the case on a recent trip to Reading and my Syndicate water. I drew a huge blank with just one carp of 15lb 5oz coming out to my newby brother in law Liam.

I've just returned from a week away at a friends place in Dorset who I haven't seen for the best part of 18 years.....we had a very relaxing week, talking and reliving some of the old times.....the week before that I drove up to see one of our site regulars who I'd love to say has become a good friend. I hope that our friendship blossoms as he is a true gentleman!

I'd like to say a big thanks to both the two chaps for putting up with me and also to all our members and regular contributors, who without their tireless work, none of this would be possible.

Right, I'm off to polish the rods and reels up ready for Sunday and my next instalment of Syndicate water fishing.....unfortunatley I have 10kg of bait to make as well!
